We offer a 30 min consultation over the phone or in-person at £ 125 (excluding VAT).
If you request an in-depth immigration consultation, we can either meet in our offices in London (Kensington) or speak over the phone or via a video call. We will assess your circumstances during the first meeting, discuss your needs, and provide you with our expert opinion.
We will then follow this up with a written document containing our legal evaluation of your situation and what we advise you to do. The document will explain your options and which ones would be best to pursue. An in-depth consultation is £250 per hour (excluding VAT), depending on the complexity of your case and the research required to assist you.
If you decide to instruct us to prepare an application on your behalf, we will deduct the consultation fee from the application fee.
The fees shown in the table below are based on the average amount of time we will spend on your case.
If your situation is more complex and we need to spend more time on your case to achieve the outcome you seek, your fee will be higher.
