Gentili Stark Solicitors is a London-based immigration practice which was founded by Stéphane Gentili in 2019. We specialise in UK immigration, asylum, human rights, and nationality law.

Gentili Stark Solicitors offer tailored advice and legal representation in the ever-changing area of Immigration Law in order to assist our clients with all their immigration needs.

Gentili Stark Solicitors offer services that cover all aspects of UK immigration law, including (but not limited to) advice on personal immigration and nationality law, human rights and asylum claims, family reunion, the EU Settlement Scheme, work visas, and more.

Stéphane Gentili has been practising in UK immigration and asylum law in London for more than 20 years. He qualified as a solicitor in 2001 and gained his Legal Practice Course at Guildhall University London. He also holds a Master’s and a Degree in in-Depth Studies of International Public and Private Law from the lnstitut du Droit de la Paix et du Developpement (The Institute of the Right of Peace and Development) at Nice's Law University, France.

Immigration law has always been his chosen area of practice. Stéphane Gentili's experience is particularly extensive in Asylum and Human Rights law. He has a keen interest in other areas of immigration, including EEA and business immigration law.

Before setting up Gentili Stark Solicitors, he worked for 12 years as Immigration Supervising Solicitor at Islington Law Centre. Stéphane has also worked at the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT) for four years. Here, he represented people affected by HIV on behalf of THT at the Court of Appeal.

Stéphane is a Member of the Law Society and Immigration Law Practitioners' Association.
